For the last seven years, Attorney William Brown has represented both employers and employees in various employment-related issues. After graduating summa cum laude from Stony Brook University, Mr. Brown received his J.D. from Hofstra University School of Law. During his professional career, Mr. Brown has worked for the National Labor Relations Board, and at both large and small firms representing labor unions, companies of all sizes, and hundreds of employees.

Mr. Brown has litigated claims for discrimination and harassment, unpaid wages and overtime, withdrawal liability under ERISA, unfair labor practices, breaches of employment agreements, as well as various commercial disputes. Mr. Brown has defended diverse employers such as a school bus company, a multi-national security contractor, an overseas chemical manufacturer, dozens of restaurants, and other small businesses while also recovering millions of dollars on behalf of employees across New York.

Mr. Brown has a proven track record of success in reaching favorable outcomes for his clients. He has won multiple trials in the United States District Courts of the Eastern and Southern Districts of New York. In addition, Mr. Brown has briefed a significant number of appeals before the Second Circuit Court of Appeals.
